You will learn how to reflect on your emotions when making decisions and facing challenges. You will also discuss critical steps for schools adapting to teaching during the pandemic, using Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies. We will explore best practices of how to create a safe environment, deepen existing relationships, provide opportunities for connection, and raise data for ongoing improvement. At the end of the course, you will be able to apply a range of techniques and strategies to strengthen your mental well-being and that of your students. You will also receive curated resources to continue learning and practising after the course.
